I’m Elina Prost, founder of The Lighthouse.I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others see more clearly to understand, find calm, and rediscover their direction.I deeply believe that we can succeed without losing ourselves, move forward without rushing, and grow while staying true to who we are.

With a degree in International Project Coordination, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse environments from the United Nations (ITU) to social NGOs in Latin America.
These experiences taught me the value of structure, rigor, and the richness of teamwork within multicultural contexts.

But it was through entrepreneurship that I discovered my true calling.
In Chile, I supported entrepreneurs in building their strategies, clarifying their priorities, and making key decisions during pivotal moments.
I came to realize that what truly makes a difference isn’t just the strategy it’s the inner state of the person behind it.

That’s when I understood that my place lies at the intersection of two worlds:
the world of structure and vision, and the world of human connection and inner clarity.
